    • Accounts Receivable Back Up Processor
    • Back up for Credit Applications and processing the Accounts Receivable Email Bin.

    • Change and Correct Customer Invoice Addresses
    • Process Bankruptcy paperwork as needed
    • Process Daily Reconciliations of all credit card transactions
    • Create, document, and maintain all applicable job procedures

  • Trimming unnecessary threads
  • Fold, tag, and bag as directed on work order

PURPOSE:  To produce high quality embroidery on a basic line of products using computerized multi-head embroidery machines, and help Embroidery Associates when needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Program embroidery machines as instructed from written work order
  • Stage, hoop, and load product onto embroidery machines
  • Maintain, set up, and run embroidery machines
  • Finish embroidered product as directed on work order
  • Remove embroidery backing from product
  • Trim unnecessary threads
  • Fold, tag, and bag as directed on work order
  • Perform final quality inspection of embroidered product
  • Prepare orders for shipping
  • Administrative duties (i.e. completing paperwork and labeling boxes)
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed throughout the Distribution Center

PURPOSE:  To provide efficient and effective leadership support to their assigned team while also being responsible for the production of the Embroidery Department on second shift."


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for performing all duties included in the Embroidery Associate, Operator, and Support Operator job descriptions.
  • Work with all Embroidery Production associates in achieving maximum productivity.
  • Develop, coach, and counsel team members to meet/exceed their goals and objectives.
  • Effectively deal with team member grievances.
  • Work with production scheduling in meeting timely delivery of products.
  • Provide added assistance in quality production of embroidered garments.
  • Assist in training of new embroidery department personnel.
  • Participates in training classes and actively seeks professional development.
  • Coordinate training for team members within the department.
  • Work all hours required during rush season to meet customer commitments.
  • Monitor and implement safety procedures.
  • May assist in the recruitment of new team members.
  • May assist in the performance evaluation process of team members.
