Summary:
FoxTranslate (www.foxtranslate.com) is a fast-growing document translation start-up based in San Francisco, California.
Customers come to us to get documents translated into any one of 35 different languages.
We have a global network of translators doing the translations around the clock.
FoxTranslate is looking for a remote full- or part-time multi-function team member.
Responsibilities will include customer support (email, phone, web) and inbound telesales.
We need someone who wants to wear a lot of hats, learn a lot, and grow with us.

Requirements: 
Bachelors degree 
Native English-speaker located in North America 
A quick-thinker who can juggle responsibilities & multi-task 
Strong project management skills 
Ability to work with little oversight 
Professional communication skills, verbal and written 
Able to work 30-40 hours per week 
Available M-F for minimum of 7 hours between 6 AM and 6 PM Pacific Time 
High-speed internet connection, a computer that is less than 4 years old, ability to make/receive calls on Skype and via telephone 
Sales and/or customer support experience is a plus, not required 
Spanish or French language skills is a plus, not required 
A good sense of humor is a must 

Responsibilities: 
Customer support - you will send completed translations to customers, handle customer requests, and communicate with translators. You will use our help desk platform daily.
