if you reside in Ohio, Pennsylvania or West Virginia you could be a part of our Work at Home call center!  As part of our Work At Home Call Center, you will be making calls from home for well-known Non-Profit Organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society. You will be recruiting volunteers to mail out lifesaving information to their neighbors, family and friends.  These organizations provide support to thousands of people every day, and you can provide aid to these causes while you are working!

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills are required; proficiency navigating between multiple windows is desirable
  • At least 6 months of employment is desired; any experience in sales, call center, telemarketing, and/or customer service is helpful
  • Good written and verbal communication skills required
  • Strong people skills; friendly, listens well, articulate, self-assured, and professional
  • Patient, empathetic, team oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable, motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
  • Has the ability to work a specified flexible work schedule including working one weekend day
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is desirable
  • Must be a resident of Ohio, Pennsylvania or West Virginia

Computer Requirements:
  •  A Computer - with a 32 BIT processor with a minimum of 512 Megabytes of RAM for Windows XP or 1 Gigabyte for Vista
  • Monitor with a minimum Pixilation/Resolution of 1024 x 768
  • High Speed Internet Access - Must be Cable or DSL (Wireless, Wi-Fi or Satellite are NOT supported)
  • Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7
  • Internet Explorer   Version 7 or 8
  • Home Phone Line - Can Not be a Digital Phone Service, must be a land line
  • Anti - VIRUS Software
  • Anti - SPYWARE Software
  • Valid E-Mail Address
