Embroidery Associate – Second Shift

PURPOSE: To finish, fold and package embroidered product. To provide support to the Embroidery Operators.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Removal of embroidery backing from product
- Trimming unnecessary threads
- Fold, tag, and bag as directed on work order
- Final quality inspection of embroidered product
- Support operators by unpacking and staging product
- Assist in machine set-up
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed throughout theDistributionCenter
- Act as back up for Embroidery Operators when needed
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Able to process alphanumeric data quickly and accurately.
- Good communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
- Ability to work with small objects (i.e. threading needles).
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Prior experience with quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
