The On-Call Manager is responsible for coordinating home health care services during non-business hours for our Adult clients in our Wyomissing PA. office. The On-Call Manager hours will be every other week Monday 5pm to Monday 8:30am.
The ideal candidate for this position will have staff scheduling experience and be able to multi-task in a high volume office in a compassionate manner. Responsibilities include retrieving messages from our answering service, returning calls promptly, covering call-outs, problem solving, handling emergencies, and coordinating all clinical issues with the on-call nurse.

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in a fast pace environment.
- Strong computer skills a must
- HS Diploma is required
- Advanced Training or Certification in Health Care/Associate Degree [i.e LPN] / 4 year Degree is preferred
